Lumini Sofa – Delivery Policy
At Lumini, we work closely with our network of trusted dealers to ensure your furniture is delivered safely and on time.
📦 Delivery Arrangement
All deliveries will be arranged and scheduled by our authorized dealers based on the location and availability.
Customers will be contacted in advance to confirm the delivery date and time slot.
⏳ Estimated Delivery Time
Your furniture will be delivered within 14–21 working days, after full payment has been received.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, stock availability, and customization (if applicable).
✅ Delivery Responsibility & Product Condition
In the event of missing or damaged items during delivery, Lumini will take full responsibility for the loss.
We will either:
Replace the product with a brand-new unit, or
Issue a refund upon customer request.
Customers are advised to inspect the items upon delivery and report any issues immediately to the dealer or our customer service.
❗ Important Notes:
Delivery is only available within Malaysia through authorized Lumini dealers.
For remote areas, additional time or charges may apply (to be confirmed by dealer).
Lumini will not be held responsible for:
Delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, road closures).
Issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
