Lumini Sofa – Return & Refund Policy At Lumini, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our sofas. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy – 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your Lumini sofa, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

📌 Eligibility for Return:

• Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be, in original condition, and not damaged.
• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
• Only applicable for purchases made through authorized Lumini dealers.

📦 Order Return Process

1. Initiate Return:

• Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Email.
• Provide your name, contact info, invoice number, and photos of the product condition.

2. Pick-up Arrangement:

• Once approved, our dealer will contact you to arrange the product pick-up.
• Pick-up is only available from the original delivery address.

3. Product Condition:

• Returned items must be in good condition, without any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
• Items that are custom-made (size, color, or material) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Refund Request:

• Contact customer service with your return request and proof of purchase.
• State clearly if you are requesting a refund instead of replacement.

2. Refund Method:

• All refunds will be processed via online bank transfer.
• Refunds will be completed within 5 working days after product is received and inspected.
• You will receive a notification once the refund is successfully made.

• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to reject any return/refund if:
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • It is past the 14-day return period.
  • The product was purchased from unauthorized sources.
• Warranty-related defects are not subject to this return policy and will follow the warranty claim process.
