Thank you for choosing Lumini Sofa, a trusted name in premium sofa manufacturing. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making any purchase.


🪑 1. Product Information

• All Lumini sofas are manufactured based on standard designs.
• Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye batch variations.
• All product descriptions and images are for reference only.

🛒 2. Purchase & Payment

• All purchases must be made through this website or authorized Lumini dealers only.
• Lumini Sofa does not sell directly to end consumers.
• Full payment must be received before production or delivery is arranged.
• For custom orders, changes to size/color/material must be confirmed before production starts.

🚚 3. Delivery Terms

• Delivery will be arranged and scheduled by our authorized dealers.
• Estimated delivery time is 14–21 working days after full payment is received.
• Delays may occur due to high order volume, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of damage or loss during delivery, Lumini will be responsible for:
  • Replacing the item with a new unit, or
  • Refunding the full amount upon customer request.

🔁 4. Return & Refund Policy

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
  • Item must be in original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated through our customer service.
  • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 5 working days via bank transfer.
  • Custom-made products (e.g., custom size/color/foam) are not eligible for return unless defective.

🛡️ 5. Warranty Policy

• 5 Years Warranty on internal wooden frame.
• 3 Years Warranty on seat foam.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and excludes:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Damage from pets, liquids, or improper cleaning

🧾 6. Promotions & Free Gifts

• Free gifts (e.g., pillows or baby chair) are only applicable for eligible promotional sets (e.g., 2+3 seater or L-shape sets).
• Color of free gifts is random and cannot be chosen.
• Promotions and free gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last.

📌 7. Authorized Dealers & Price Consistency

• All promotional prices are standardized across Malaysia for participating dealers.
• Only dealers listed by Lumini Sofa are authorized to participate in promotion campaigns.
• Lumini is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or sales outside of our authorized dealer network.
