Delivery & Installation
Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (exclude holiday).
We offer deliver and installation in most area at semenanjung Malaysia.
Please call +604 - 356 2016 us to get more information about delivery fee. All Customers from all the locations within Malaysia are able to have the Shipping options, But your order of delivery cost need to bear by your own.
Delivery Policy & Shipping Duration
Delivery parties
Bulky furniture will be delivery by
Lumini Sofa’s
authorise dealers across Semenanjung Malaysia.
Boxes furniture will be delivery by 3rd party courier service - JNT.
Verification upon delivery
Customer will request to sign the deliver order upon receive the product/furniture/parcel .
In the event where the product are missing/damaged during the time of delivery, Lumini will take full responsible for the cost loss by replace another new set of furniture or make refund to customer if request by customer.
Lumini Sofa
normally will consolidate your items into one single order and ship them together. Estimation of shipping duration is best done by taking the item with the longest
Estimated Arrival
and using that to calculate the shipping duration of your order. On occasions,
Lumini Sofa
may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
Estimate deliver duration:
The product/furniture/parcel will be expected to be delivered within 5-14 working date, upon full payment received.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our sales personnel within seven days from the received date and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.
Refund Policy
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and it has damage or broken of our products before delivery to you. otherwise we don’t accept Returns and Exchanges.
We don’t accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or damages caused by third-parties.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage of a product resulting from
negligence.
We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized
modification
of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage caused by natural disaster.
To complete your return or Exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For Credit Refunds – It will take 2-4 working days to refund to your company bank account (Malaysia).

Warranty Information
Lumini Sofa
extends full manufacturers’ warranties on all goods in accordance based on normal use.
Warranty does not cover damages to any product due to abuse, misuse, or any freight mishandling.
Warranty does not cover defect that caused by the attach of houshold pets, foods, fire, nature disaster, flood & pollution.
Warranty does not cover product being damage due to tampering, altered or repaired by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, riot or accident.
Warranty does not cover Upholstering material damage due to cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damade, pock by sharp object, jumping on the seat and after fabric protectant and improper cleaning.
Warranty does not cover material or parts that expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight, chemical such as solvent, ink and abrasives.
All transportation costs are responsibility of the purchaser or defect, repair, replacement, damages that is not covered.
